4 Medium Low Gluten and Low G.I. Canelés - Vanilla and Rum

The low gluten and low glycemy index caneles are ideal for people intolerant to gluten or for people after a low calory and low sugar canele option.

The moyen canelé is ideal for corporate events. It is 40mm tall, 40mm wide and approximately weighs 40 grams. Every canelé is baked in an individual copper mould to ensure optimal caramelisation.

Ideal with a cup of coffee or tea, vanilla ice cream or cream, berries, sweet wine and champagne
