This plant-based recipe has been especially designed to render a taste and texture as close as possible to the original canele.

The moyen canelé is ideal for corporate events. It is 40mm tall, 40mm wide and approximately weighs 40 grams. Every canelé is baked in an individual copper mould to ensure optimal caramelisation.

Ideal with a cup of coffee or tea, vanilla ice cream or cream, berries, sweet wine and champagne
