Vincent Uso
Vincent is an architect by profession. He also has another passion since he was a child: the canelés.
After obtaining his Australian citizenship and with everything grinding to halt at the start of the pandemic in 2020, Vincent felt it was the right time to realise his dream to share the canelé love with his new host country.
Since then, Vincent has been amazed by the enthusiasm of Australians about the canelés.
Vincent and his team endeavour to bring the best of canelés to Australia.

Chrystelle Soto Gutierrez
Chyrstelle is a photographer, specialising in portraits. She also has extensive experience in events and food photography.
Chrystelle joined Canelé Alain when Vincent moved to Perth in March 2022. He is one of her best friends in Australia and she admires what he has done in Melbourne. Chrystelle is also proud that the French delicacies appeal to Australians.
Within the team, Chrystelle is the development business manager.

Jacques Uso
Jacques accompanies us in our reflections on strategy and organization, to best satisfy private and professional customers.
He has a long experience in advising and managing the human resources of industrial groups, then he created and managed a law firm.
He is also co-founder of a service company dedicated to seniors.
He lives in France and comes regularly to Australia, where he greatly appreciates the culture and nature.
