15 Small Low Gluten and Low G.I. Canelés - Vanilla and Rum

The low gluten and low glycaemia index canelés are ideal for people intolerant to gluten or for people after a low calory and low sugar canelé option.

The grand canelé is the authentic classic size. It is 50mm tall, 50mm wide and approximately weighs 60 grams.
Every canelé is baked in an individual copper mould to ensure optimal caramelisation.

Ideal with a cup of coffee or tea, vanilla ice cream or cream, berries, sweet wine, and champagne

Milk, low glycemy index sugar, gluten free flour mix, premium butter,free range eggs, high-quality Bourbon vanilla and rum
